     Mother's Helpmates offers families many types of child care benefits and services. We will help you with whatever aspect of  care your family needs. We cater to choosy parents whether you are looking for a nanny/ companion, pre-employment screening, nanny tax and or payroll services. What ever your family needs Mother's Helpmates has something to offer. Our monthly activities planner is a great way of organizing, and keeping track of your child care throughout the day with the nanny. If your interested in our services, we require the following to get the process started.
 
1. You will need to fill out an application. We need important information about your family to help us match you will the appropriate nanny. We need important questions answered and specifics about the position your offering.
 
2. You will then be require to sign a contract and pay an applications fee by credit or debit card to began the nanny search.
 
3.We need an additional information on your child or the person requiring care. Important information like the temperament, allergies medications if they are taking any, various individual needs including daily schedules, and other activities.
 
4. We research our files to find the nanny which will best fill your needs and requests and try to locate the nanny/companion who lives the closest to you.  We will fax you their resume with their references and childcare or companion experience for you to review.
 
5. Once we locate a nanny/companion and you decide to hire them the placement fee is due. This is paid to the agency before the nanny/companion goes to work. The nannies/companion agrees to work a minimum of one year unless the position is temporary or the nanny is hired to work as a night time relief nanny.
 
6. You will then receive a copy of the background information we obtain on the nanny/companion this usually includes criminal-driving (drug and credit at an extra charge to parents).
 
7.All agreements such as; job duties, salary, vacation and holiday pay are put into a letter of agreement and confirmation so that there are no disagreements or miss-understandings.
 
8. We provide each client with a estimated tax sheet if requested.
